What is the Experience?
Universal Studio Singapore invited us to place drinks and snacks combo vending machines at the Discovery Food Court. Simple drinks and snacks were on sale to provide people on the go energizer.
What is the Objective?
To provide a form of contactless retail for visitors in Universal Studio which are safer, in view of the current COVID-19 situation. Restaurants in Universal Studio were unable to cope with the high volume of visitors in December. The situation is further worsened by the safety distancing law, which limits the number of people in the restaurants. We provide a solution to elevate this problem.
